These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Aldobi website and mobile application, operated by Aldobi Online Trading and Services LLC.By creating an account, placing a booking, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
1. About Aldobi – Marketplace Model
Aldobi operates a technology marketplace platform that connects customers with independent service providers offering:
- Laundry & Garment Care Services
- Homecare & Cleaning Services
- Car Wash Services
Aldobi provides the Platform, booking system, payment processing, customer support, and quality oversight.
Service Providers are independent businesses responsible for performing the services.
Aldobi is not the employer of Service Providers.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform or have verified parental consent.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Aldobi may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
3. Services Overview
A) Laundry Services
Includes pickup & delivery, wash & fold, dry cleaning, ironing, folding, packaging, luxury care, express options, and 24-hour delivery through approved Service Providers.
B) Homecare & Cleaning
Includes regular/deep cleaning, furniture & upholstery cleaning, pest control, and AC cleaning & maintenance support.
C) Car Wash
On-demand mobile car wash at your location. Scope varies by Service Provider.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Liability
Aldobi and its Service Providers comply with Qatar’s Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) regulations governing laundry and dry-cleaning services, including the official consumer compensation framework.
All claims and compensation related to laundry and garment care are governed by applicable MEC regulations.
5. Booking & Customer Responsibilities
When placing a booking you agree to:
- provide accurate service details and access instructions
- ensure safe working conditions
- be reachable during service windows
- secure pets and remove valuables where relevant
Order Modifications
- Normal laundry: modify up to 1 hour before pickup
- Express laundry: modify up to 30 minutes before pickup
- Other services: subject to app rules
6. Pricing & Payments
Prices shown in the app may vary by service, partner, location, time, and scope.
You authorize Aldobi and its payment processors to charge your payment method or Aldobi Wallet for confirmed bookings and approved additional charges.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation
- 100% refund if cancelled more than 12 hours before service
- 75% refund if cancelled 12–2 hours before service
- No refund if cancelled less than 2 hours before service
No-Show / Access Failure
No refund if the provider arrives and service cannot be performed due to:
- no response at location
- unanswered calls
- no reply to WhatsApp/SMS
- incorrect address or access issues
Aldobi / Provider Cancellation
May occur due to safety, unavailability, force majeure, or operational reasons.
Refunds or credits will be issued where applicable.
8. Quality & Claims – 24 Hour Rule
Any service issue, damage, missing item, or quality concern must be reported within 24 hours of service completion or item delivery with clear photos and invoice reference.
Claims are reviewed by Aldobi with the Service Provider under Qatar law.
9. Laundry-Specific Terms
- Remove cash, valuables, and personal belongings from pockets
- Declare high-value and sensitive items
- Certain fabrics carry inherent cleaning risks
- Items not collected for 3 months may be disposed of or donated after notice attempts
All laundry compensation is handled per MEC regulations.
10. Homecare & Cleaning Terms
- Service scope depends on booked package and property condition
- Additional work or time may require customer approval
- Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
11. Car Wash Terms
- Ensure legal parking and access
- Remove personal belongings
- Minor pre-existing scratches, fading, or defects are not the responsibility of Aldobi or the Service Provider
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours
12. Safety & Service Refusal
Service may be refused if:
- conditions are unsafe
- pets are unsecured
- harassment or abuse occurs
- access is not provided
13. Promotions & Wallet
Promotions are subject to rules displayed in the app.
Refunds and compensations may be credited to the Aldobi Wallet.
Wallet credits are non-cash unless explicitly approved.
14. Communications & Recording
By using Aldobi you consent to communication via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push notifications.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
15. Intellectual Property
All Platform content and software are owned by Aldobi or its licensors.
16. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is.”
Service outcomes depend on item condition, environment, and partner performance.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Qatar law.
17. Termination
Aldobi may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, or security risk.
Provisions intended to survive termination shall survive.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.
