• The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access or use by you of the Website and/or application and application (the “Website and/or application ” or “Application” interchangeably) operated by Aldobi Online Trading and Services LLC (“Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our” or “Aldobi”).

1. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, including the additional Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Privacy”). 2. The Terms set forth below constitute a legally-binding agreement between the Company and you. If you do not agree with this agreement, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and/or application and/or application and you must discontinue use immediately.

• Aldobi is a Qatar based online laundry and home cleaning service provider forged with a rich tradition of quality, service, and reliability. Since laundry and home cleaning service becomes digital, we turn these visions into reality to improve the quality of life for people all over Qatar. We’re an eclectic, passionate group of professionals dedicated to solving someone’s hectic challenge in their daily life. We create a rewarding and delightful laundry and home cleaning experience every day for our customers. In pursuance to initiatives towards the development of eco-technologies, we are exploring the possibilities for running the business in go-green methodology.

• By registering an account on the Website and/or application , or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Website and/or application and/or application you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. The established agreement shall be referred to in these Terms as the User agreement
• The Company may not have independently verified the accuracy or completeness of such information or the assumptions on which such information is based.

• By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you are at least eighteen years of age at the moment of registration. If you have not yet reached the required eighteen years of age please submit a written form containing the explicit consent of your parents to support@aldobi.com so that we may accept your registration and welcome you to our community. Failure to do so exposes your account to termination

• Any services provided by Aldobi shall be provided as per availability and discretion of the Company.
• The purchase of any services through our Website and/or application and/or application is governed by our Terms of Sale.
• For the purposes of this Agreement, “General Services” shall mean and include any and all services displayed on offer by Aldobi on its Website and/or application.
• Aldobi cannot be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during service. Please ensure all belongings are removed before the appointment.
• Aldobi is not liable for damages such as scratches or paint fades that may occur during the vehicle care service. While our providers are skilled professionals, unforeseen issues may arise.

• When contacting us through the Website and/or application , you may provide certain personal information. We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available on our Website and/or application.

• You agree and understand that our Website and/or application, Application, and the contents are intended for parties who are competent to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws of Qatar. You hereby represent that you are competent to contract under applicable laws of Qatar.
• You understand that for the purpose of effectively using some features of our Website and/or application and/or application you will be required to register as a user on our Website and/or application and/or application and provide accurate information at the time of registration, as well as when you avail of any services that are available to registered users on our Website and/or application.
• You represent that you have all rights required to provide the information that you have provided on our Website and/or application, and represent that it is true and accurate.
• All your information will be used and processed in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You agree that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
• You will have to register with our Website and/or application and/or application by providing personal details requested for the purpose of registration. You hereby grant us the right to store and use such information in a manner (either singularly or as an aggregate with information provided by other users on our Website and/or application) that improves features and functionalities of our Website and/or application or for undertaking any other analytics in relation to such information.

You agree and undertake to access our Website and/or application and/or application only using the username and password sent to you. We may in our sole discretion permit or deny your registration on our Website and/or application.
• We have the right to disable any account at any time without notice to you, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and you waive any right to claim access to our Website and/or application or any other claim that you may have. Any data of your usage may be retained or deleted at our sole discretion.
• You will be solely responsible for all your acts on our Website and/or application including those conducted under the username assigned to you. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your login details, you must promptly notify us at support@aldobi.com. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, you explicitly agree that Aldobi shall not be held liable for any claim or loss that may arise from the use or misuse of your username and passwords.

• When using our Website and/or application you must not:
  1. Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Website and/or application or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of the content accessible via the Website and/or application.
  2. Display, transmit, publish or share information that belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right or give any false information in your account details.
  3. Impersonate another person or take another person’s identity without that person’s permission or misrepresent you are acting on behalf of a person, entity or organisation.
  4. Use the Website and/or application if we have suspended or banned you from using it.
  5. Send junk, spam, repetitive messages or unauthorised marketing messages or send any unsolicited materials or advertisements.
  6. Violate any law for the time being in force or otherwise engage in any illegal, unethical or unlawful conduct.
  7. Modify, interfere, intercept, disrupt or hack the Website and/or application.
  8. Misuse the Website and/or application by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other similar material or by undertaking any other action which would harm, corrupt, interrupt, limit or destroy the Website and/or application, any Website and/or application user’s equipment or have a detrimental impact on any Website and/or application user’s experience of using the Website and/or application.
  9. Collect any data from the Website and/or application other than in accordance with these Terms.
  10. Submit or contribute any content that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever.
  11. Violate the privacy of a third party or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties.
  12. Submit or contribute any information or commentary about another person which is untrue, private, confidential or defamatory (including personally accusing another person of unproven criminality or serious wrongdoing which could damage their reputation in the eyes of anyone reading your comment).
  13. Harm minors in any way.
  14. Deceive or mislead the addressee about the origin of the message or communicate any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature.
  15. Threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of Qatar, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or cause incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevent the investigation of any offence or insult any other nation.
  16. Resell the usage or the services of our Website and/or application.
• Failure to comply with the Rules of Acceptable Use constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):
  1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Website and/or application.
  2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of your content.
  3. Issuing of a warning to you.
  4. Legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
  5. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
• The responses described above are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

• Aldobi allows the User to place order(s) for their services, which may include dry cleaning, laundered shirts, wash & fold, or related services (“Laundry” or “Laundry and home cleaning Services”) on the Website and/or application or Application. (“Order”)
• The User hereby agrees to be cautious and conscious of the details being filled in while placing the Order.
• The User shall be responsible for providing the accurate particulars of the Articles (“Articles”) being submitted for the Laundry and home cleaning Services.
• Aldobi acknowledges and understands that despite the cautiousness of the User, the Order may be placed incorrectly at times. Aldobi thus allows the User(s) to modify the Order one (1) hour prior to the pickup for normal orders and thirty (30) minutes prior to the pickup for express orders.
• For the purposes of this Agreement, Normal Orders and Express Orders shall have the meaning as prescribed by Aldobi on the Website and/or application and Application.
• Aldobi takes pride in its commitment to fulfilling Orders on time every time. However, due to extraneous circumstances outside the control of Aldobi, it may be impossible to fulfil any Order(s) placed by the User(s). The User agrees that, in such extraordinary circumstances, Aldobi shall retain the discretionary right to cancel any Order that may be placed by the User. No claims shall thenceforth lie against said cancellation of Order by Aldobi.
• Aldobi retains the rights to seek additional user information, including but not limited to reviews and feedback, at the time of successful delivery of the Order(s). The User agrees to be obligated to provide any such information that may be required by Aldobi to continue to use the Website and/or application.

• Customers have the flexibility to cancel an order on Aldobi without providing any reasons, as long as the order status has not transitioned to confirmed.
• In the event of order cancellation after confirmation by the service provider, Aldobi retains the right to seek appropriate compensation, with the amount not exceeding the total order value, from the customer. Please be mindful of confirmed appointments.

• The Use of the Website and/or application and Application is free of charge presently. Aldobi reserves the right to introduce a fee for the use of these Services. If Aldobi decides to introduce such a fee, Aldobi will inform you accordingly and allow you to either continue or terminate the Services.
• Aldobi charges for the Laundry and home cleaning Services. You agree that you will pay for all Laundry and home cleaning you purchase through Aldobi, and that Aldobi may charge your payment mode as provided by you when registering for the Services for the Laundry and home cleaning (including any taxes, late fees, or additional fees as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your account. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Aldobi with a valid mode of payment for payment of all fees at all times.
• Aldobi retains the right to change the pricing of the Laundry and home cleaning Services as per its discretion and internal business decisions.
• Aldobi retains the right to determine the time of processing and effectuating the payment as per the payment mode provided by you when registering for the Services for the Laundry and home cleaning. The user agrees that the payment may be processed either at the time of placing the Order or at the time of delivery of Order or at any time between the said.
• Aldobi may use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to link your online bank and/or payment account to the Services. The processing of payments, as applicable, in connection with your use of the Services will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and your online payment authorities in addition to these Terms. Aldobi is not responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor.

• We exercise utmost care in processing Articles entrusted to us and clean each Article using a method that is best suited to its nature and condition. We cannot assume responsibilities for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, etc.
• In laundering or dry cleaning, we cannot assume responsibilities for color loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Any ornaments, valuables, cash, or special buttons must be removed by customers before sending for Laundry and home cleaning. Responsibility is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads, and sequins, etc.
• The User agrees that, in cases of fault and mistakes on part of the User, no refund shall lie against any loss that may be incurred due to the Laundry and home cleaning Services.
• You understand that there is inherent risk in Laundry Services and there is potential for clothing and related items to get lost or damaged. Aldobi will do its best to ensure situations like this do not happen, and in the instances they do happen, will work with you to help rectify the situation when you provide us with written notification identifying the concern with the Laundry within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your cleaned clothes and items. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law, Aldobi’s aggregate liability in no event shall exceed an amount of QAR 1500 or ten (10) times the rates charged for cleaning the Article, provided that the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the Article and the original tax invoice/contract must be presented. Such claim shall be deemed not exceeding QAR 1500.00 or whichever is lowest, unless the value of the Article is declared in writing on the Tax Invoice/ Contract.
  1. In said case, the Article, whether partially or completely damaged, must be retained by us upon full settlement of claim unless otherwise agreed by Aldobi.
  2. No claims shall lie unless the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours of being in receipt of the Article.
• Aldobi will not accept liability for products that remain undelivered for a duration of 3 months or longer. In such cases, Aldobi reserves the right to either dispose of the products or donate them to its partners, as deemed appropriate by the company at that particular juncture.
• Please check the number of Articles indicated; otherwise, the count by Aldobi must be accepted as correct. In the case of a discrepancy in count, and if you are not available to verify, our count must be accepted as correct.
• All Articles must be inspected and customer’s dissatisfaction, if any, shall be made known at the time of collection. Aldobi shall not be responsible for subsequent complaints.

• Any and all offers or promotions advertised on the Website and/or application are void where prohibited and are subject to the posting of any official rules to such offers or promotions.
• By participating in any such offer or promotion, the Users agree to be bound by the official rules to such offers and promotions as well as these Terms.
• Aldobi reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s account and any benefits that may be earned due to the offers or promotions at the sole discretion of Aldobi.
• Aldobi reserves the right to modify, cancel, and discontinue any promotions or offers without notice to the User(s).

• You agree that the pickup and delivery services will be subject to the availability of the Aldobi staff, and no claims regarding the same shall be entertainable.
• You agree that Aldobi shall not be liable for any fulfillment obligations related to the laundry and home cleaning services being provided through the Website and/or application and Application.
1. Aldobi’s obligations and corresponding liabilities shall be restricted to the Aldobi Assurance scheme as provided by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. No additional or alternate claims are accepted and entertainable.

• Aldobi strives to keep any and all data that is stored on its servers safe. However, there might be a possibility that the security measures employed by Aldobi might be breached. In case of any loss that may arise due to hacking and illicit reasons or by any human error, the user agrees that Aldobi shall not be liable for any loss and consequential damage that may arise.
• Any feedback or review that is provided by the User(s) is the sole opinion of the User(s). Aldobi does not share or advocate any review or feedback that User(s) may provide.
1. Any and all conflicts or disputes that may arise out of any feedback or review provided by the User(s) shall be determinable independent of Aldobi or its Website and/or application. Aldobi hereby relinquishes any and all liability that may arise out of any such dispute. The User hereby agrees and acknowledges that Aldobi cannot be made a party to any such dispute that may arise.
• Aldobi herby relinquishes and all liability and obligation to monitor the User’s access to or use of the Website and/or application or violations of these Terms or to review or edit any content.
1. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms, Aldobi retains the right to monitor the User’s access to or use of the Website and/or application or the violations of these Terms or to review or edit any content for the purpose of operating and improving the Website and/or application, including but not limited to fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, and customer support purposes. The User agrees that such right is retained to ensure the User’s compliance with the Terms and to comply with any and all applicable laws or requirements of legal process, a court, consent decree, administrative agency, or other governmental body.
• Aldobi hereby retains the exclusive right to retain the ceiling limit of data and Order(s) sent and received via the Application and Website and/or application.

• The information, recommendations and/or services provided to you on or through the Services is for general information purposes only. The use of the Site or the Contents is at your own risk. The Contents in this Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Aldobi may make changes or improvements at any time.
• The contents in this site are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Aldobi disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Aldobi does not warrant that the functions contained in the material will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Aldobi does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the contents in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Aldobi) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
• To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Aldobi assumes no liability, whether in contract or tort, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) damages for loss of anticipated profits or revenue or other economic loss in connection with or arising from any act or omission by Aldobi, its agents, affiliates, joint venture partners, independent contractors, or unaffiliated third parties as a result of any act or omission in fulfillment of or in breach of these terms of use or the privacy policy.

• Access to our Website and/or application is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may limit or terminate access to our Website and/or application at any time without any notice. We will not be liable if our Website and/or application is unavailable at any time or for any period.

If we find the infringement claim to be tenable, we shall strive to remove any and all such content that may be deemed the cause of the infringement.

• If any of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions which shall continue to be valid and effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Qatar and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Doha, Qatar.
