Privacy Policy – ALD Partner (Aldobi Driver App)

Aldobi Online Trading & Services LLC (“Aldobi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the ALD Partner mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when Aldobi delivery executives (“Drivers”) use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The ALD Partner App is an internal operations tool for Aldobi staff only. It allows Drivers to:

Receive and manage assigned delivery and pickup tasks;
Provide real-time order status updates; and
Share live location to enable customer order tracking and efficient dispatch.

The App is not available for public registration. Only Aldobi-authorized staff with company-issued credentials can log in.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Your Information

Assign and manage delivery orders;
Provide customers with accurate, real-time tracking;
Optimize delivery routes and improve operational efficiency;
Maintain service records and comply with internal auditing requirements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may be shared only:

Internally with Aldobi operations staff for dispatch and support;
With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) strictly to operate the App; and
As required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. Data Retention

Location and delivery data are retained only as long as necessary for operational, accounting, and legal purposes. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Driver Controls & Rights

Drivers may:

Disable location services in device settings (note: doing so will prevent receiving assignments);
Request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting info@aldobi.com.

7. Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure.

8. International Transfers

Data may be stored on servers located outside Qatar. We ensure adequate protections consistent with applicable privacy laws.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adult Aldobi employees only and not for public use by minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated within the App or via email to authorized drivers.
